Reference Management Professional (Mendeley & Zotero) training

The Certified Reference Management Professional (Mendeley & Zotero) training is a comprehensive, hands-on course designed for researchers, university students, faculty members, librarians, information professionals, journal editors, and research support staff who want to develop professional skills in managing references, citations, and research literature using Mendeley and Zotero. The course covers reference organization, PDF management, citation styles, in-text citation and bibliography generation, literature review management, collaboration, annotation, cloud synchronization, research workflow, duplicate management, importing and exporting references, and integration with Microsoft Word and Google Docs. Through practical exercises and real-world research projects, participants will learn how to organize scholarly literature efficiently, improve academic writing, and ensure accurate citation management. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, recognizing their competency in reference management using Mendeley and Zotero
