Any Nepali citizen aged 18 and above with at least SEE/SLC level education who is working or interested in library and information science can apply. Specific eligibility may vary by program.

Visit our Trainings page, select a program, click "Apply Now", and complete the multi-step registration form. You will need to upload required documents and payment proof.

You need: (1) Recent passport-size photograph, (2) Copy of citizenship certificate, (3) Copy of highest education certificate, and (4) Payment receipt/screenshot.

We accept JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF formats. Maximum file size is 5MB per document. Please ensure all documents are clear and readable.

You can pay via bank transfer or scan the QR code provided on the training detail page. After payment, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation to upload with your application.

Visit the "Check Application Status" page and search using your tracking number, registered mobile number, or citizenship number.

A tracking number (format: NLA-TR-YYYY-XXXXXX) is a unique identifier assigned to your application upon submission. Save this number to track your application status.

Your application goes through: Pending → Under Review → Payment Verification → Approved/Rejected. You can track each stage using your tracking number.

You cannot directly edit a submitted application. If corrections are needed, an admin may mark your application as "Need Correction" with specific instructions.

If rejected, you can view the reason on the status page. You may reapply for the same or different training programs after addressing the issues.

Yes, participants who successfully complete the training program will receive an NLA-certified training completion certificate.
