Library Management Training is a professional training program organized by the Nepal Library Association (NLA) to enhance the knowledge and practical skills of librarians, library staff, students, teachers, and information professionals in modern library management. The training covers library organization, cataloging, classification, circulation services, digital library concepts, Koha Library Management System, record keeping, user services, and the effective management of library resources. Participants will gain both theoretical understanding and hands-on experience to improve library operations and provide quality information services in educational, public, and community libraries.
